Vision for Education is working closely with a SEND School in Chelmsford, Essex, to recruit dedicated SEND Learning Support and Teaching Assistants.

We are seeking individuals to join their LSA/Teaching Assistant team, committed to enhancing the education and wellbeing of students with SEND, including ASD. Experience or understanding of SEND is highly valued.

The ideal candidates will demonstrate:

• Willingness to learn and develop skills as an LSA
• Childcare experience, relevant training, or a degree

Salary: £88 to £90 per day (PAYE)
