Job Title: Learning Support Assistants

Location: Croydon, South London

(Applicants must live in the borough or within 5-10 miles)

Overview:
Sugarman Education is recruiting experienced Learning Support Assistants for a specialist SEND school in Croydon. This is a full-time, long-term role starting in September 2025, continuing for the full academic year.

You'll be supporting pupils aged 4-11 with a range of needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and social-emotional challenges. The school has a welcoming and inclusive environment with a supportive team and excellent staff development.

Key Details:
Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 4:00pm (term-time only)
£440-£550 weekly pay, depending on experience (PAYE or umbrella)
Start date: September 2025
1:1 and small group support in a well-resourced SEND school

You Must:
Live within 5-10 miles of Croydon (CR postcode area)
Have 6+ months' experience supporting children with special educational needs
Be able to provide two recent employment references
Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
Be proactive, dependable, and confident in a classroom or SEN setting
