Harlow College is seeking a Learning Support Practitioner to assist learners with additional needs and support their learning journey. The role offers training and development within the further education sector and involves working across mainstream campus with SEND learners.

The successful candidate will provide tailored support, manage care and learning needs, and liaise with parents, healthcare professionals and teaching colleagues to ensure safety and learning progress.

Qualificações

• Minimum Maths & English at Grade 4/Grade C or equivalent.
• Strong admin and organisational abilities required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with learners, parents and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Provide learning support to SEND students to help them reach outcomes.
• Deliver personalised support and coaching as part of support plans.
• Maintain accurate records of learner support and course documentation.
• Collaborate with parents, healthcare professionals and teaching staff.
• Support during assessments, revision sessions and college activities.
