Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
Contract Type: Long term
Leader Education are recruiting a Learning Support Assistant join a SEND school based in Durham.
This school caters for young people aged 2 to 19 with a diverse range of special educational needs. These include Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting the needs of children who require extra support as well as some experience working alongside SEND. This school takes great pride in its dedicated team of professionals, who are passionately committed to helping every pupil reach their full potential.
The normal working pattern is Monday-Friday 8:30 until 16:30 and is a long-term position.
