Base pay range

A large, welcoming school in Peterlee is seeking an experienced and confident SEND TA to start ASAP. You would be working with two pupils within KS2 with challenging behaviour. They ideally would like someone Team Teach/Positive Handling trained, but this is not essential. The role will be full-time, five days a week until Summer for the right candidate. One of the pupils has an EHCP, and there is significant support provided by the school.

To qualify for the role, you must have experience working with SEND pupils and a strong knowledge of dealing with challenging behaviour. The school will consider applications from candidates with a care background, provided you have worked with challenging behaviour.
