Job summary

Berrow Primary Church Academy, part of Pathway Trust, is seeking Learning Support Assistants to join our SEND team. You will support pupils by enabling them to engage confidently in learning, delivering pre-planned lessons to small groups and assisting with resources and health care where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with individual needs (SEN).
• Capable of delivering pre-planned lessons to small groups.
• Good communication with parents, carers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom support for pupils under teacher supervision.
• Assist with resource preparation, display and pupil care.
• Record student progress and liaise with colleagues and parents.
