Career Teachers UK seeks a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEND across South London. You will provide 1:1 and small group support, helping students access learning and build confidence in inclusive classrooms.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people, ideally SEND.
• Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant CACHE level qualifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND.
• Assist in implementing IEPs.
• Support pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour.
• Help create a positive, safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists and parents.
