Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant in Hassocks, UK, to work full-time at a special educational needs school. This role involves supporting students aged 7-16 with learning difficulties and speech needs on a 1:1 basis, promoting their independence and participation.

Full‑time, permanent role based at a local special educational needs school. Hours are 08:30‑16:00, Monday‑Friday, with a start date in September. The successful candidate will support students on a 1:1 basis in accessing learning in accordance with their Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and the ECHP.
