Job summary

GSL Education is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for a welcoming secondary school in Fareham. The role focuses on supporting students with additional learning needs and helping them build confidence and independence.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups, adapt learning with teachers, promote engagement and foster positive behaviour. The position is permanent, starting September or October 2026.

• Assisting with the implementation of EHCPs and personalised learning strategies.
• Creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every student can flourish.
