Job summary

Academics are recruiting on behalf of a specialist secondary school in Emsworth, Hampshire, for a Learning Support Assistant. The role is full-time and permanent, starting in September, with a salary of 17,915 (actual) or 25,186 (FTE) - Grade C, step 1.

Working hours are 8.45am to 3pm, term-time, with induction and training in Special Needs and Safeguarding. The successful candidate will support pupils 1:1 and in small groups across KS3/KS4, tailoring lessons to individual needs.

• Experience of SEN is beneficial.
• Ability to support pupils 1:1 and in small groups.
