Job summary

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 support for a KS1 pupil with additional learning needs
• Supporting access to classroom learning and activities
• Encouraging engagement, confidence and independence
• Assisting with classroom routines, transitions and structured tasks
• Helping maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to support development
