Ravenswood School in Nailsea is seeking Learning Support Assistants to join our expanding team. You will support pupils daily, assist small learning groups across Primary, Secondary or Post 16, and work with staff to ensure an inclusive approach to learning.
The role requires enthusiasm, reliability and a proactive attitude to developing pupils’ skills, under the safeguarding framework we uphold as an equal opportunities employer.
Hours: Full time 32.5 hours/week, term time only plus INSET days
Contract: Permanent
Salary: JG4.7 £25,584 to £27,269 per annum
Actual salary: £19,652 - £20,946 per annum

We are looking to appoint Learning Support Assistants who will join our expanding team. Staff may work across the school within our Primary department, Secondary department or Post 16 which cater for pupils who are working at early pre-key stage standards through to those working at Entry Levels and GCSE.
