Job summary

Tempest Resourcing Limited is seeking Learning Support Assistants to support children and young people in Worcester. The role focuses on one-to-one and small-group learning, assisting with academic, social and emotional development, and SEN support within a welcoming school environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to deliver engaging activities, foster confidence and independence, and contribute to an inclusive, safe learning space for all pupils.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or young people.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, caring and adaptable approach.
