Job summary

Prospero Teaching in Cirencester is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work with children and young people, helping them engage in learning and build confidence.

You will collaborate with teachers to provide one-to-one, small-group and classroom support, assist with SEN and additional needs, and help create a safe, inclusive learning environment that promotes resilience and independence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.
• SEN, classroom, care or youth work experience is beneficial.
• Patient, caring and empathetic approach.
• Confident supporting pupils with different learning needs.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, proactive and adaptable.
