Are You a Driven and Enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA)?

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and small group support to students.
• Assist the class teacher with daily classroom tasks and activities.
• Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to help them fully engage in lessons.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and report on student progress, offering feedback to the teacher when necessary.

• Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
