Make a Difference as a Learning Support Assistant!

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in supporting students' learning and development. If you are passionate about working with children and helping them succeed, we want to hear from you!

Key Duties and Expectations

  • Provide tailored support to students, both individually and in small groups.
  • Assist the class teacher with day-to-day classroom tasks and activities.
  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and ensure their full participation in class.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Track and report on student progress, offering feedback to the teacher as needed.

  • Experience working with children is essential, in an educational setting is desirable.
  • A positive, patient, and supportive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with students.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.

We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools.
