Job summary

Ravens Wood School in Bromley (part of the Impact Multi Academy Trust) is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our Pupil Development team. The role is 31 hours per week across 38 weeks per year, with progression on NJC Scale 2 Point 3 and a salary of £21,272 (FTE £29,561).

The successful candidate will be forward thinking, enthusiastic and able to inspire students, with GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C or above, and a willingness to support students with SEND.

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE level with C or above in Maths and English.
• Experience of and/or interest in supporting students with SEND.
• Empathetic, resilient and flexible in approach to pupil development.

Responsibilities

• Support students, including those with SEND, to access learning.
• Inspire and encourage students to achieve their best.
• Contribute to the Pupil Development programme and school initiatives.
