The role involves supporting pupils to access learning and achieve positive outcomes, delivering targeted small-group interventions in literacy, numeracy and social development, and providing one-to-one support including SEMH, personal care or medical needs in line with individual plans.

Qualifications

• Role supports pupils to access learning and achieve positive outcomes.
• Experience with SEND or teaching support is welcome.
• Commitment to inclusive practice.
