Axcis Education is currently recruiting for a Level 2 Learning Support Assistant to join a mainstream primary school in the Altrincham area (WA14). This is a full-time, long-term role supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and those who may present with challenging behaviour.

You will play a key role in delivering personalised support plans and creating an inclusive learning environment across the Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
We are looking for someone with a patient, empathetic, and proactive approach who can work well as part of a team. Previous experience supporting children with SEN is desirable but not essential. You will need a valid enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
If you are passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them thrive, we would love to hear from you.
If you're not interested but know someone who might be, we offer £50 in shopping vouchers if you refer a friend and we place them in the role. For more details, contact your local Axcis office.
