About the Role

Teaching Assistant Level 2 (SEND Support)

SALARY: Grade D (SCP Point 6- 11) £25,183 - £27,269 per pro rata (Actual Salary £18.496 - £20,028 per annum) + SEN Allowance £1455 pro rata
STATUS: Fixed Term, initially until 31st August 2026
HOURS: 32.5 hours per week, 8.30 3.30pm, Term Time only
REQUIRED FROM: 1st September 2025

The Headteacher and Governors of this happy and successful school are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Level 2 teaching assistant to support children in KS1 with specific SEND needs. Previous experience of working with children who have an Education, Health and Care Plan is essential to this role.

able to demonstrate knowledge, skills and experience of working with children with specific SEND needs
