SEN 1:1 EYFS Support, Padiham

  • Full time Monday- Friday

Our school is looking for an individual to integrate themselves into a EYFS classroom as SEN support assistant supporting on a 1:1 basis. The ideal candidate must have a good work ethic, be positive, enthusiastic, work well with others and have a passion for pupils’ education. Ideally the right candidate with have SEN experience.

For this role you will need experience providing support to children with SEND.

A level 2 minimum qualification in teaching and learning support.

The ideal candidate:

  • Will have a minimum of 6 months experience.
  • A minimum level 2 qualification (must be relevant)
    • Implement positive behaviour management.
    • Work well with the classroom teacher.
    • Will have experience supporting pupils with SEN.
    • Confidently adjust approach to changes in behaviour with SEN pupils.
    • Show a positive attitude.
    • Be reliable.
    • Understand and follow safeguarding procedures.

The school is easily accessible by both car and public transport.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
