An alternative provision academy in Bristol is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs. The ideal candidate will help build student confidence and work collaboratively to ensure every learner succeeds. Experience with SEND and classroom management is essential. This role offers a part-time position during term time with a focus on creating an inclusive environment.

Salary: £14 per hour
Job Type: Term-time only, 25 hours per week

We are seeking a creative minded dedicated Learning Support Assistant / classroom manager with experience supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEND), particularly ASD and ADHD.
The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to support students' learning, build confidence, and help each individual reach their full potential in a positive and inclusive environment.
