Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join an Outstanding Ofsted-rated mainstream secondary school in South Birmingham. This role offers an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers or those starting a career in education.

You will work alongside teachers to support students with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning, build confidence and progress across KS3 and KS4.

Responsibilities
