Job summary

United Colleges Group is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant (Supported Learning) for Maida Vale. The post is permanent and term-time only, 38 weeks per year, 35 hours per week, with London Weighting included.

You will support SEN learners in and out of class, in 1:1 and small group settings, helping to raise employability prospects. You’ll contribute to accurate records and reports and work collaboratively within the ALS team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting SEN learners in educational settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers to make activities accessible and inclusive.
• Maintain detailed learner records and contribute to annual reviews.
