Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with autism and/or PMLD in school or care settings.
• Calm, patient, proactive approach is essential.
• Confident handling personal care and physical support needs.
• Genuine passion for inclusive education and making a difference.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support (max. 8 pupils per class).
• Assist with personal care, sensory integration, and communication needs.
• Implement structured routines and behaviour support strategies.
• Foster independence, engagement, and emotional wellbeing.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, LSAs, and external professionals.
