Job summary

Milk Education is seeking Learning Support Assistants to support KS1 pupils in Liverpool (L6) on a full-time basis. You will work closely with class teachers to provide consistent, compassionate support throughout the school day.

You will help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment, assisting with sensory integration, emotional regulation, and routines to help every child thrive both academically and emotionally. This role offers excellent pay and fast registration.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children within the last 12 months with a school, nursery, youth centre, community, social care setting or similar.
• A calm, patient, and proactive approach.
• A genuine passion for inclusive education and making a positive difference.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils.
• Assist with sensory integration, communication needs, and emotional regulation.
• Implement structured routines and behaviour support strategies.
• Foster pupil independence, engagement, and emotional wellbeing.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other Learning Support Assistants (LSAs).
