Job summary

Milk Education is seeking Learning Support Assistants to join our team in Liverpool. This role provides 1:1 and small-group support to KS2 pupils, helping create a safe, inclusive learning environment throughout the school day.

You will work closely with class teachers to support emotional and academic development, implement routines, and support behaviour strategies while promoting pupil independence and wellbeing. This role offers a fast registration process and competitive pay rates.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with Autism and/or PMLD (school or care settings)
• A calm, patient, and proactive approach
• A genuine passion for inclusive education and making a positive difference

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils
• Assist with sensory integration, communication needs, and emotional regulation
• Implement structured routines and behaviour support strategies
• Foster pupil independence, engagement, and emotional wellbeing
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other Learning Support Assistants (LSAs)
