Job summary

Milk Education is seeking Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join a supportive primary school in the L33 area of Liverpool. You will work in KS2, providing 1:1 and small group support, with a focus on inclusive education and student wellbeing.

The role requires calm, patient, proactive practitioners who can collaborate with teachers and other LSAs to create an engaging, supportive learning environment. Part-time and full-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with Autism and/or PMLD in school or care settings.
• Calm, patient and proactive approach to support.
• Passion for inclusive education and making a positive difference.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils.
• Assist pupils with sensory integration, communication needs and emotional regulation.
• Implement structured routines and behaviour support strategies.

Learning Support Assistants - Part Time

Location: L33 Area, Liverpool

The Role

Milk Education is seeking Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work within a supportive primary school in the L33 area of Liverpool.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers in KS2, providing consistent, compassionate support throughout the school day. You will help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child is supported to thrive both academically and emotionally.

• Provide 1:1 and smallgroup support to pupils
• Assist pupils with sensory integration, communication needs, and emotional regulation
• Implement structured routines and behaviour support strategies
• Foster pupil independence, engagement, and emotional wellbeing
