Outstanding & Rewarding SEN School Looking for Experienced SEN LSAs/TAs

Protocol Education is seeking learning support assistants to work in an outstanding SEN school in southwest London. The school offers a rewarding environment with friendly staff and excellent leadership. We are looking for experienced learning support assistants to work with students with various special needs, including global learning difficulties, social and communication challenges, autistic spectrum disorder, ADHD, and other diagnosed conditions. As a teaching assistant, you will work one-to-one or lead small groups.

Requirements for Successful Candidates:

• Experience working with students with special needs such as those listed above.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to use initiative, and work well under pressure.
• Ability to differentiate work to support individual needs.
• Experience with TEACCH, PECS, and Makaton is desirable.
• Position is subject to an enhanced disclosure and barred service check.
