We are currently seeking a teacher assistant for a school based in Croydon. The successful candidate will work within our SEND school, supporting small classes of students with low ability who require academic and social development. Each class comprises 5-6 students with one to two Teaching and Learning Support Assistants. The role is scheduled to start on May 25.
Our students have faced challenges in mainstream education and seek positive educational experiences. Most pupils are on EHCP plans and have diagnoses including ADHD, Autism, and PMLD. The teacher will join a team dedicated to delivering tailored curricula that meet individual needs and promote the best possible educational outcomes.
