Job summary

Seva School seeks a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to help pupils reach their academic, social and personal potential in a values-driven environment. You will work with teachers, the SEND and Inclusion team, and external professionals to remove barriers to learning and promote positive outcomes.

The role involves delivering targeted 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEND and EAL, supporting PLPs and tracking progress, and preparing bespoke resources.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND or EAL beneficial.
• Ability to adapt learning approaches to individual needs.
• Excellent communication with pupils, staff and parents desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support across subjects.
• Assist with Personalised Learning Plans and pupil progress tracking.
• Contribute to planning and preparation of bespoke learning resources.
