Job summary

Lime Academy Hornbeam is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual to support pupils with a range of complex physical, medical and learning needs across Brookfield House, William Morris and Maple Green.

You will work under the direction of the class teacher to promote inclusion, manage behaviour, and help create a purposeful, orderly learning environment, while safeguarding every child. Visits to the schools are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Support pupils with complex physical, medical and learning needs.
• Assist with managing pupil behaviour in line with school policy.
• Provide general support to the class teacher.
• Promote inclusion and equal opportunities for all learners.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and families and work with safeguarding in mind.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of the class teacher to support pupils with diverse needs.
• Assist with delivering interventions and maintaining a purposeful, orderly learning environment.
• Support across Brookfield House, William Morris and Maple Green sites.
