Job summary

Lime Academy Forest Approach is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support our teaching and learning team and senior leaders in delivering personalised learning across our pupils.

You will lead the class in the absence of the class teacher for short periods, assist with managing and organising the classroom, and promote inclusive learning while safeguarding pupils' welfare.

Responsibilities

• Lead the class in the absence of the class teacher for short periods.
• Provide general support to the class teacher in the management and organisation of the classroom.

• Deliver a personalised curriculum for each learner's learning.
• Promote inclusion and equal opportunities to learn for all learners.
• Build and maintain respectful relationships with learners.
• Collaborate with families and other agencies to support each learner.
• Maintain high expectations for academic and personal progress.
• Safeguard the welfare of children and young people within the school.
