Job summary

Cambian Pengwern College is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for a 40-hour week, term-time only, with a permanent contract. The role includes supporting young people aged 16–25 with Moderate to Severe Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs, providing physical and emotional support, and promoting a safe, caring environment.

Responsibilities include guiding students in classrooms and during off-site activities. A full UK driving license is desirable to support college transport needs.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible with a passion to develop your skills.
• Good attitude and understanding of students with a learning disability.
• Driver to be able to drive college vehicles – desirable

Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be primarily working in providing guidance, support and encouragement to young people in a variety of settings including classroom, education and off-site activities.
