Farndon Fields Primary School is seeking a caring Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated teaching team in EYFS/KS1. You will support lessons, assist individuals and groups, and help maintain a positive classroom environment.
The role is fixed-term until 20 August 2027, 32.5 hours per week over 39 weeks, with a starting salary on Grade 5 pay point 7-8 (£26,022–£26,436 per annum, approx. £19,556 per annum at start).

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 08:30am to 15:30pm inclusive of 30 minutes of unpaid lunch break

You will play a key role in fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment, ensuring all pupils can reach their full potential.
We are a successful, friendly school set in beautiful grounds on the edge of Market Harborough. Our school environment has been developed with two additional classrooms that were completed in February 2013 and an additional 7 new classrooms, a new hall and a refurbished administration area and school entrance completed in 2018. We have also installed a brand-new library thanks to funds raised by our own PTA and support from the local Market Harborough charity ‘Howard Watson Symington Memorial Charity’. We are a Microsoft Showcase school, sharing good practice through this global network.
