Responsibilities

• Support students in lessons across a range of subjects.
• Work with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning and build confidence.
• Assist teachers with classroom preparation and resource organisation.
• Support students with additional needs, ensuring inclusive access to learning.
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement.
• Monitor and report on student progress to teaching staff.
• Provide pastoral support and contribute to students’ wellbeing.
• Assist with supervision duties and wider school activities where required.
