Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children in any Key Stage.
• Knowledge of strategies to support pupils with SEND.
• Understanding of child development and how children learn.
• Positive behaviour management experience.
• UK right to work - sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Improve learning and attainment of students while promoting independence and inclusion.
• Supervise classroom activities.
• Support speech and language interventions.
• Help students access the curriculum and participate in learning.
• Be a warm, friendly face to students and parents.
• Be flexible to work across any area of the school as required.
