Job summary

Lift Bexleyheath is seeking a proactive teaching assistant to join a community-focused and supportive team. The role welcomes applicants with experience in any Key Stage and offers an opportunity to contribute to a welcoming school environment.

You will assist learning, supervise activities, support speech and language interventions, and help pupils access the curriculum while promoting independence and confidence. A warm, friendly approach is essential.

• Be a warm and friendly face to students and parents

You're Someone Who Has

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification - advantageous if you have level 3.
• GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade 4 or above)
• Experience supporting children in any Key Stage
• Knowledge of strategies to support pupils with SEND
• Understanding of child development and how children learn
• Positive behaviour management experience
• UK right to work - we are unable offer sponsorship for this position
