Redcar and Cleveland College, part of Education Training Collective, is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our Learning Support team. You will work with teaching staff to tailor learning approaches and support students with learning difficulties or disabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with learning difficulties or disabilities.
• Ability to plan and adjust learning methods with teaching staff.
• Commitment to promoting independence in learners.

Responsibilities

• Work with teaching staff to plan and adjust learning methods for students who require additional support.
• Develop strategies to respond to additional learning support needs of individuals and groups.
• Promote independence and resilience in learners with support needs.
