Job summary

Star Salford Academy is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils across learning activities in a disadvantaged community setting. You will work under supervision to help create an outstanding learning environment and raise pupil achievement.

The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent organisational skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff. NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant or equivalent is required.

• Experience working with children in a school setting.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with students and staff.
• Ability to support pupils one-to-one, in small groups and with whole-class activities.
