Job summary

Star Salford Academy is seeking a dedicated Teaching and Learning Assistant to support pupils across our 11-16 year old intake. You will provide tailored support to learners, help create an outstanding learning environment, and work closely with staff to promote positive student outcomes.

The role requires a commitment to safeguarding, the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff, and experience in a school setting. This is a part-time permanent position based in Worsley.

The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and technical skills. You will have the ability to effectively support learning and teaching, and to develop relationships across our school and the Star community.

You will have:

What the school offers its staff

Star Salford Academy is a 5-form entry mixed secondary school for 11 to 16 year olds, which opened in September 2023. Like all Star schools, Star Salford Academy has a leadership specialism.
