Qualifications

• Previous Learning Support Assistant experience preferred.
• Experience with SEND or EHCPs advantageous.
• Patience, adaptability and resilience in diverse classrooms.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to pupils with additional needs.
• Work with small groups to reinforce learning and key skills.
• Support pupils in mainstream classrooms and the Autism Base.
• Help pupils develop communication, confidence, independence and social skills.
• Adapt approaches to meet individual needs and learning styles.
• Support pupils facing communication, sensory, behaviour or emotional challenges.
• Collaborate with experienced teachers and SEND professionals.
• Contribute to an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
