Job summary

• Good numeracy and literacy skills (GCSE or equivalent in English and maths desirable).
• Ability to interact with a wide range of children and build positive relationships.
• Patience, adaptability and effective communication with staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support for an EYFS child with ASD, assisting with attention and learning tasks.
• Deliver and support in-class interventions under teacher direction.
• Assist with intimate care while maintaining dignity and confidentiality.
• Support emotional regulation, social interaction and sensory needs using structured strategies.
