Job summary

Oasis Academy Long Cross is seeking an enthusiastic and caring individual to join our dedicated team as an Apprenticeship Learning Support Assistant. This role supports children in our specialist Resource Base and works with parents and carers to maximise learning opportunities.

The successful candidate will be part of a committed team, have primary school experience, and demonstrate a positive outlook. Visits are welcome; closing date 1 October 2026 at 12pm, with DBS clearance required.

APPRENTICESHIP Learning Support Assistant

Salary £16,507 FTE

32.5 hours per week, 52 weeks to allow for study time including INSET Days

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Oasis Academy Long Cross for an enthusiastic and caring individual to join our dedicated team working with our amazing children in our specialist Resource Base.

The successful candidate will be working within a committed team to ensure that all the children are given the best opportunities to play and learn during their time at the Academy and will be working closely with the children’s parents and carers.

We are looking for someone who has:
