Job description

Salary: Support Staff Grade 4 £21,750.80 - £27,044.54 per annum to reflect theterm time only nature of the contract (£25,647.00 - £31,889.00 perannum FTE)

Contract: 36 hours per week, term time only, Monday - Friday.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the SEND team within an outstanding Secondary School.

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work in a busy Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND) Department on a fixed term basis, facilitating the provision of high-quality education to our students. This is an exciting opportunity to work at this highly successful secondary school. The suitable candidates will be passionate about supporting students to achieve their full potential; confident, articulate and organised, with strong communication and IT skills. LSAs would be supporting students with SEND within a mainstream classroom on a daily basis.

Experience will not be a determining fact, as we welcome applications from different career backgrounds. We will develop every staff member that joins our team, providing one-to-one support, coaching, mentoring and access to extensive professional development.
