Teaching Vacancies in Malvern, Worcestershire is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 SEN support across Key Stages 3 and 4. The role is term-time only with one additional teacher day, fixed term until 31 August 2027, and salary from £25,185 to £25,583 per annum pro rata for 32.17 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with special educational needs (SEN).
• Ability to work 1:1 or with small groups to reinforce learning.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching staff in delivering lessons and learning activities in the classroom;
• Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning, particularly in core subjects;
• Assist with classroom organisation and resources;
• Provide support for students with additional needs, including SEND;
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement across the school.
