Job description

Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant

Axcis Education is working with a mainstream village primary school to recruit a SEND teaching assistant. The role involves supporting students in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. The school is a Church of England school, emphasizing an inclusive, safe, and productive environment that fosters student growth and independence.

The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting students primarily on a 1:1 basis, helping them access the curriculum and reach their potential. Ideal candidates will be:

The school hours are 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. Due to the rural location, being a driver is preferable but not essential.
