We are recruiting for a number of learning support worker roles in and around the Taunton area. This is a full-time role, with working hours from 8:30am to 3:30pm. It is a fantastic opportunity for those interested in education or with experience working with children.

What the client is looking for

As a learning support worker, you will help children understand instructions, ensure pupils feel comfortable and confident, assist with school work under the supervision of teachers, prepare learning materials, and support children during social activities and outings. You will also help implement individual care plans, encourage communication, and provide information to support teachers.
