Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support with SEND.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
* Demonstrate excellent use of initiative to adapt support techniques to meet individual student needs.
* Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages student engagement and confidence.
* Understand and accommodate different children's needs and learning styles.
Requirements:
* Eligibility to work in UK
* Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
* Experience working with children or young people with additional care needs
* 2 recent professional references
* Ability to communicate with and inspire children.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare.
* Previous experience working with SEND students is essential.
* A good sense of humor and a positive attitude towards supporting students.
* Demonstrated ability in behavior management strategies.
* Excellent use of initiative to adapt support techniques.
* Understanding of different children's needs and learning styles.
