Job summary

Bournville Primary School in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a proactive Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 SEND support and small-group interventions across all year groups. The role is term-time only, 25 hours per week, on a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2027.

You will help pupils with learning and wellbeing, build positive relationships with children and families, and support personal care where needed. Prior experience is welcome, but the right mindset is key.

Qualifications

• Proactive, caring and adaptable with a passion for inclusive education.
• Experience with SEND or care roles is beneficial.
• Willing to work term-time and be part of a supportive team.
